Please note that camp participant spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, as space is determined by instructor availability.

Trailer Hookups & Overnight Camping
RV and trailer hookups are not available on the campgrounds, except for camp instructors. However, trailer and camper hookups are available nearby at Sayre City Park and Bobcat Creek RV Park in Sayre.
If you are bringing a horse and will need a stall the night before camp registration, please be sure to include that night when selecting the number of stall nights on your registration form.

Meals for Parents
Parents are welcome to join us for meals during camp. Meal bracelets can be purchased at registration and will cover all meals during camp. Individual meals may also be purchased at the chow line.

Awards Ceremony
On the final day of camp, we will hold an awards ceremony to celebrate the campers and their accomplishments. Parents are encouraged to attend.
